HCM CITY (Biz Hub) ― Repsol lubricants entered Viet Nam on March 26, as multinational oil and gas company Repsol S.A. appointed Lubro Corp as the exclusive distributor of its products in the domestic market.

According to the Cong Thuong (Industry and Trade) online newspaper, these products are used by cars and motorcycles and also in industrial operations. Repsol S.A. has a presence in over 70 countries, including several Asian markets such as China, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

Carlos Pascal, a representative of Repsol, said that Viet Nam is among the countries with the largest number of motorcycles in the world, and this makes the market attractive. He added that the company targets the high-end segment of the market.

Lubro Corp said it is building a nationwide distribution network. Repsol S.A is based in Madrid, Spain. ― VNS
