BINH THUAN (Biz Hub)— The Lotte Group from the Republic of Korea yesterday opened a new store in the central province of Binh Thuan, bringing its total number or stores in Viet Nam to six.

The shopping centre in Phan Thiet City is the largest of its kind in the central region, with investment capital of US$45 million and a total floor space of over 7,000 sq.m.

Lotte is the first foreign retailer to open a trade centre in Binh Thuan. The project is part of the retailer's strategy to expand nationwide, it said.
