CT Group has organised an event called "Spreading the Seeds of Gratitude and Kindness" to show its appreciation for the remarkable contributions made by teachers towards advancing education and training.

One of the company’s traditional activities, it was held at Léman Luxury Building in HCM City’s District 3 on November 17.

Speaking at the event, the vice chairman of CT Group, Vu Hong Quang, said the company wishes to contribute to universities and other educational units through strategic cooperation and sponsorship.

"At CT Group, a normal person can live a great life."

All employees are given the opportunity to help build the company, “contributing to the country’s development,” he said.

In the current context, many businesses around the world have shrunk in scale or closed down, leading to a large number of people losing jobs.

Despite facing such challenges, CT Group’s board of directors implemented the second 30-year plan (June 29, 2022, to June 28, 2052).

The company has worked hard and decided to move forward to immerse itself in the fourth industrial revolution (Industry 4.0).

With a target of recruiting 25,000 employees by 2025, the company is building the Talent Acquisition Centre and modern 4.0 institutes to develop high-quality human resource and imbue employees with its culture.

All employees of the company would be not only given the opportunity to harmonise with Industry 4.0, but also benefit from excellent remuneration policies and an ideal working environment to improve their career.

Employees can explore and develop their potential through the "360 degree policy" that takes care of and develops all aspects of both their material and spiritual lives.

Besides, there are unexpected and periodic reward policies, including for vacation, travel and shopping to make employees feel secure.

At the event CT Group announced it would strategically tie up with the Việt Nam National University-HCM City’s Polytechnic University for training and development of human resources in fields that are attracting talent.

It also announced sponsorships for students at the HCM City University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

Its most noteworthy policies include "Student loans to pay tuitions at zero percent interest ", "You have a job, you have a house" and scholarships for outstanding students. — VNS
