HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Shares declined on the HCM City Stock Exchange this morning.
The VN-Index fell 0.23 per cent to end at 599.15 points. The VN30 Index, tracking the bourse's 30 leading stocks, however, gained 0.3 per cent to close at 635.68 points, as the gainers outnumbered the losers by 19 to 7.
The overall trading value reached more than VND1 trillion (US$47.1 million), with 58.2 million shares being exchanged.
On the Ha Noi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index reversed losses to add 0.9 per cent, reaching 87.78 points. The trading value reached VND529.1 billion ($24.9 million), with 42.8 million shares changing hands.
The HNX30 Index, comprising the top 30 blue chips, rose 1.46 per cent to finish at 175.88 points. — VNS
