HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Vietcombank (VCB) general director and management board member Nghiem Xuan Thanh bought 10,000 VCB shares between February 10 and March 11.
He bought the shares to increase his equity in the bank, according to Dau tu Chung khoan (Securities Investment).
Thanh was appointed last year. It was reported in 2013 that his sister held over 3,900 shares of the bank.
VCB shares closed down 0.1 point on Friday to end at VND27,800 (US$1.32) per share on the HCM City Stock Exchange. — VNS
