HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Shares closed lower this morning on both the stock exchanges as the losers were more than twice the number of gainers.
On the HCM Stock Exchange, the VN-Index edged down 0.43 per cent to end at 622.97 points, while the VN30, which tracks the top 30 shares by market value and liquidity, also fell 0.33 per cent to finish at 663.45 points.
On the Ha Noi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index lost 0.74 per cent to finish at 89.48 points.
Liquidity fell slightly as a total of 145 million shares worth VND2.66 trillion (US$126 million) were traded by the end of the morning.
FLC Group (FLC) was leading the trading on the two markets, with 11.9 million shares being exchanged at VND11,800 per share.
