Nearly 69 million shares of the Apax Holdings Joint Stock Company on December 15 were officially listed under code IBC on the HCM Stock Exchange at a reference price of VND20,000.
The company, which is the owner of the Apax English training centres, STEAMe GARTEN bilingual kindergarten and Apax Franklin Academy, has charter capital of VND688.8 billion.
Apax Holdings Chairman Nguyen Ngoc Thuy said the share listing would help the company’s name become more popular and prove its willingness to develop in a sustainable and transparent manner.
In the near future, the company will apply advanced technology in teaching and training at all centres of its systems to better satisfy the increasing demand of the customers. — VNS
