HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Shares rebounded on most of Asian stock exchanges on Monday.
In Hong Kong, the Hang Seng Index (HIS) closed up 109.38 points at 22,921.56, and in China, the Chinese benchmark Shanghai Stock Exchange Composite Index (SHCOMP) also added 4.91 points to end at 2,089.71.
The Straits Times Index (STI) rose 17.83 points to finish at 3,112.31 in Singapore.
In Viet Nam, the VN-Index increased 4.23 points to close Monday's session at 508.68 on the southern exchange, while the HNX-Index ended up 0.79 points at 68.30 on the northern bourse.
Meanwhile, Japanese bourses closed for national holiday. — VNS
