HA NOI (Biz Hub) —Vietnamese bourses closed in a mixture on Tuesday. Singaporean investors gained a bit, while others saw losses on Tuesday. The HNX Index declined 0.50 points to close at 59.53 , while in HCM City, the VN Index added 2.16 points to finish the day at 477.73.
In China, the benchmark Shanghai Stock Exchange Composite Index (SHCOMP) fell 45.84 points to close at 2,185.56, the Hang Seng Index (HSI) lost 71.89 points to close at 23,180.52. In Japan, the Nikkei 225 (NKY) declined 93.00 points to close at 14,311.67, while the Topix Index (TPX) lost 3.64 points to stay at 1,181.64.
In Singapore, the Straits Times Index (STI) added 1.25 points to finish at 3,180.7. — VNS
