HA NOI (Biz Hub) — The PetroVietnam Insurance Corporation (PVI) has set a target to earn after-tax profit of more than VND229 billion (US$10.9 million) in 2015.
The target is a 6.7 per cent fall in comparison with last year.
The corporation also plans to pay nine per cent dividend for the 2014-15 profit.
PVI is an affiliate of the Viet Nam Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam), and is among the leading industrial insurance companies in Viet Nam.
It represents nearly the whole energy insurance market, about 30 per cent of the marine insurance market, and about 40 per cent of the property and engineering insurance sectors. — VNS
