HA NOI (BizHub) — PetroVietnam Finance Corporation (PVFC) will sell five million shares in Pha Lai Thermal Power Plant (PPC) by June 25.
Currently, PVFC owns more than 7.8 million PPC shares. If it can sell the registered shares, it will still have more than 2.8 million.
In the Q1, Pha Lai Thermal Power Plant had net revenue of VND1.7 trillion($80.9million), an increase of 65 per cent over last year. After-tax profit was VND 943.3 billion ($44.9million), seven times higher than the same term last year.
In this morning session, PPC shares sold at VND26,100($1.24) compared to yesterday's VND26,900 ($1.28).—VNS
