The Board of Directors of Nam Á Commercial Joint Stock Bank has decided the first trading day and reference price of Nam Á Bank's stock on the HCM Stock Exchange (HoSE).
Nam Á Bank will commence trading on HoSE on March 8, 2024, with the stock code NAB.
The reference price for the first trading day is set at VNĐ15,900 (US$0.61) per share. The reference price is calculated based on the average reference price of the last 30 trading sessions before delisting from the UPCoM trading system.
With a fluctuation range of +/- 20 per cent on the first trading day on HoSE, the floor price and ceiling price of NAB stock on March 8 will be VNĐ12,720 to VNĐ19,080 per share, respectively.
Previously, on December 21, 2023, the HoSE approved the listing of the stock of Nam Á Bank. It is the only bank that has been approved for transferring from UPCoM to HoSE in the past year.
As of February 29, NAB officially delisted more than one billion shares on UPCoM. The closing price on February 28 was VNĐ16,500 per share.
Nam Á Bank recorded an after-tax profit of VNĐ996 billion ($41.5 million) in the fourth quarter of 2023, an increase of VNĐ705 billion, equivalent to 243 per cent growth compared to the same period in 2022.
For the full year 2023, Nam Á Bank reported a pre-tax profit of VNĐ3.3 trillion, a 45.7 per cent increase year-on-year and exceeding the bank's annual target by 27 per cent. — VNS
