HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Mutual Fund Elite announced on Thursday that it will become a major shareholder of Mobile World (MWG) by increasing its stake to 7.23 per cent.
On October 11, Mobile World's largest shareholder CDH Electric Bee sold around 3.2 million shares, or a three-per-cent stake, at the ceiling price of VND110,000 (US$5.1). It is speculated that Mutual Fund Elite bought the shares.
There are three large foreign shareholders of Mobile World now, including Mekong Capital. — VNS
