HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Shares on both the national stock exchanges closed higher this morning, continuing Wednesday's rally.
On the HCM City Exchange, the VN-Index advanced 0.61 per cent to reach 567.68 points on the exchange of more than 95 million shares.
This morning's trading value reached nearly VND1.47 trillion (US$70 million).
Blue chips were mixed with 12 gainers and 11 losers. The VN30-Index rose slightly by 0.18 per cent to reach 638.93 points.
The HNX-Index on the northern bourse gained 0.53 per cent to reach 77.15 points, while the HNXFF-Index closed this morning at 76.02 points, 0.25 per cent higher.
The total trading value reached VND461.7 billion ($22 million) on the exchange of nearly 29 million shares.— VNS
