HA NOI (Biz Hub) —The Hang Seng Index (HSI) jumped 125.07 points to 23,806.35, leading Asian markets on Wednesday.
The benchmark Shanghai Stock Exchange Composite Index (SHCOMP) also added 18.00 points to close at 2,201.07.
Sliding indeces included the Nikkei 225 which slipped 65.61 points to 15,449.63, the Topix Index (TPX) which lost 5.94 points to end at 1,247.08 in Tokyo and the Straits Times Index (STI) declined 1.45 points to finish at 3,172.1 in Singapore.
Viet Nam's two bourses ended mixed, with the VN Index losing 0.73 points to end at 508.43 in HCM City and the HNX Index adding 0.29 points to end at 65.19— VNS
