HA NOI (Biz Hub) — The Hang Seng Index in Hong Kong, gained 61.69 points to reach 23,237.76 while the other Asian indexes ended lower on July 10.
The Nikkei 225 declined 88.18 points to end at 15,216.47 in Tokyo while the Topix Index also lost 11.57 points to end the day at 1,275.70.
The Shanghai Composite Index slipped 0.27 points to end at 2,038.34 in mainland China while the Straits Times Index in Singapore also lost 4.75 points to end at 3,270.7.
Two bourses in Viet Nam also ended lower. The VN Index lost 6.72 points to close at 584.88 in HCM City and the HNX Index declined 0.53 points to end at 78.61 in the capital city. — VNS
