HA NOI — Ha Noi saw a year-on-year increase of 11.6 per cent in sales of goods and services during the first quarter this year, in which retail sales went up 11.5 per cent.
The purchasing power during the first three months was still weak due to the prolonged economic downturn, which forced many enterprises to stop operations, resulting in fewer jobs created and workers incomes reduced. — VNS
