HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Trading in Asia ended with mixed results on Thursday with Hanoi's HNX Index shedding 0.32 points to close at 60.36, while in HCM City the VN Index fell 4.75 points to 468.55.
Meanwhile, China's benchmark Shanghai Stock Exchange Composite Index (SHCOMP) dropped 4.07 points to close at 2,097.23.
In Hong Kong, the Hang Seng Index (HSI) led Asian markets climbing 180.13 points to 21,704.78. In Japan, the Nikkei 225 (NKY) added 121.25 points to 13,459.71 and the Topix Index (TPX) gained 2.48 points, closing the session at 1,116.51.
