HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Asian markets ended higher on February 4, except for the Shanghai Composite Index, which lost 30.78 points to close at 3,174.13 on mainland China.
On the other hand, the Nikkei 225 climbed 342.89 points to close at 17,678.74, while the Topix Index gained 24.61 points to close at 1,417.00 in Tokyo.
The Hang Seng Index added 124.98 points to close at 24,679.76 in Hong Kong.
The Straits Times Index also increased 9.55 points to end at 3,417.57 in Singapore, while the two bourses in Viet Nam ended higher on the same day. The VN Index added 3.98 points to close at 561.45, while the HNX gained 0.63 points to finish at 83.20— VNS
