HA NOI (Biz Hub) —The Nikkei 225 rose 31.73 points to reach 15,912.06 on January 10 when the Topix Index also edged up 1.73 points to end at 1,298.48 in Tokyo.
Also losing, the Hang Seng Index added 58.92 points to end at 22,846.25 in Hong Kong but the Shanghai Composite Index slipped 14.2 points to finish at 2,013.30 in the mainland China.
The Straits Times Index declined 1.54 points to end at 3,143.9 in Singapore.
Two bourses in Vietnam ended mixed. The VN Index rose 1.96 points to 518.94 in HCM City an the HNX Index slipped 0.40 points to end at 70.76 in the capital city.— VNS
