HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Asian shares closed with mixed results on August 14.
The Hang Seng Index slipped 27.77 points to close at 23,991.03 in Hong Kong, while the Nikkei 225 lost 76.1 points to end at 20,519.45 in Tokyo.
In Viet Nam, the VN Index lost 5.23 points to close at 589.03, and the HNX Index fell by 0.55 points to close at 80.88.
The Shanghai Composite Index rose 10.78 points to end at 3,965.33 in mainland China, and Singapore's Straits Times Index also added 22.44 points to end at 3,114.25 — VNS
