HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Asian markets closed on a mixed note on May 13.
The Nikkei 225 gained 139.88 points to end at 19,764.72, while the Topix Index added 1.94 points to close at 1,604.21.
The Strait Times Index gained 12.17 points to end at 3,454.50 in Singapore.
Meanwhile, the Hang Seng Index lost 157.90 points to 27,249.28 in Hong Kong, and the Shanghai Composite Index lost 25.46 points to close at 4,375.76 in mainland China.
In Viet Nam, two burses reduced and the VN Index lost 1.59 points to close at 542.82, while the HNX Index added 0.22 points to close at 79.15. — VNS
