HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Asian shares continued to decline in the market on Friday with Ha Noi the only exception.
In Tokyo, the Nikkei 225 slipped 141.64 points to 14,086.80, while the Topix Index (TPX) lost 8.31 points to end at 1,176.42.
The Hang Seng Index (HSI) slid down 136.64 points to end at 22,744.39, while the benchmark Shanghai Stock Exchange Composite Index (SHCOMP) lost a total of 23.27 points stopping at 2,106.13.
In Singapore, the Straits Times Index (STI) declined 25.77 points to finish at 3,176.3. While the VN Index shared the loss with others. Slipping 1.25 points to end at 498.61 in HCM City, the HNX Index rose 0.14 points to end at 63.29.— VNS
