HA NOI (Biz Hub) —Asian share markets ended up on Wednesday, except the benchmark Shanghai Stock Exchange Composite Index (SHCOMP), which lost 6.02 points to sit at 2,100.14.
In Viet Nam, the HNX Index fell 0.47 points to end at 61.69 in Ha Noi, while the VN Index in HCM City fell 5.84 points to close at 503.57
The Hang Seng Index (HSI) climbed 269.85 points to close at 22,541.13 in Hong Kong while the Straits Times Index (STI) gained 4.54 points to finish on 3,248.7 in Singapore.
In Japan, the Nikkei 225 (NKY) climbed by 183.16 points to end at 14,050.20 while the Topix Index (TPX) gained 14.19 points to reach 1,171.34.— VNS
