HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Asian markets ended mixed on May 27.
The Nikkei 225 added 35.10 points to end at 20,472.58, while the Topix Index added 1.76 points to close at 1,661.33. The Shanghai Composite Index added 30.82 points to close at 4,941.71 in mainland China.
The Hang Seng Index lost 168.65 points to close at 28,081.21 in Hong Kong, while the Strait Times Index lost 32.92 points to end at 3,427.06 in Singapore.
Two burses in Viet Nam also ended mixed. The VN Index decreased 0.72 points to close at 566.48, and the HNX Index added 0.02 points to close at 81.72 in Viet Nam.— VNS
