HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Shares ended mixed for Asian investors on Monday. The HNX Index gained 0.88 points to end at 62.93 in Ha Noi, while in HCM City the VN Index added 3.23 points to close at 511.02.
China's benchmark Shanghai Stock Exchange Composite Index (SHCOMP) gained 17.15 points, levelling at 2,085.60, while in Hong Kong the Hang Seng Index (HSI) declined 54.11 points to 22463.7. In Singapore, the Straits Times Index (STI) dropped 28.32 points to 3,169.2.
In Japan, the Nikkei 225 (NKY) climbed 108.02 points to 13,758.13 while the Topix Index (TPX) added 6.68 points, closing the session at 1,142.65. — VNS
