HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Asian markets ended lower on June 16.
The Hang Seng Index lost 295.11 points to close at 26,566.70 in Hong Kong, while the Shanghai Composite Index slumped 175.56 points to close at 4,887.43 in mainland China.
The Nikkei 225 reduced 129.85 points to end at 20,257.94 in Tokyo, and the Strait Times Index decreased 22.77 points to end at 3,300.36 in Singapore.
Two bourses in Viet Nam ended lower. The VN Index lost 6.13 points to close at 580.35, and the HNX Index reduced 0.97 points to close at 87.40 in Viet Nam.— VNS
