HA NOI (Biz Hub) —The Nikkei 225 achieved a milestone of 20,000 on April 22 when it climbed 224.81 points to touch 20,133.90, while the Topix Index increased 12.91 points to end at 1,621.79 in Tokyo.
At the same time, the Hang Seng Index climbed 83.36 points to reach 27,933.85 in Hong Kong, while the Shanghai Composite Index added 104.87 points to close at 4,398.50 in mainland China.
Vietnamese bourses ended on a mixed note on the same day. The VN Index added 0.27 points to close at 562.51 and the HNX Index decreased 0.32 points to end the day at 83.29.
