HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Asian markets ended on a mixed note on February 5.
The Hang Seng Index added 85.73 points to close at 24,765.49 in Hong Kong.
The Nikkei 225 lost 174.12 points to close at 17,504.62, while the Topix Index slipped 6.89 points to close at 1,410.11 in Tokyo.
The Shanghai Composite Index lost 37.60 points to close at 3,136.53 in mainland China and the Straits Times Index lost 10.99 points to end at 3,406.58 in Singapore.
Viet Nam's two bourses also ended differently on the same day. The VN Index added 5.72 points to close at 567.17, while the HNX slipped 0.02 points to finish at 83.17— VNS
