HA NOI (Biz Hub) — The Hang Seng Index added 155.43 points to end at 21,887.75 in Hong Kong on March 26.
The Nikkei 225 gained 53.97points to close at 14,477.16 and the Topix Index gained 8.37 points to finish at 1,172.07 in Tokyo.
The Shanghai Composite Index in mainland China slid by 3.64 points to finish at 2,063.67.
The Straits Times Index gained 39.15 points to end at 3,143.3 in Singapore.
However, like the Shanghai index, the two bourses in Viet Nam fell sharply. The VN Index lost 13.79 points to close at 588.06 in HCM City, and the HNX Index lost 1.33 points to end at 89.79 in the capital city. — VNS
