HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Construction giant VinGroup (VIC) will contribute VND94 billion (US$4 million) to establish Vincom 2 Construction Company with a total charter capital of VND100 billion ($4.7 million).
Recently, the group decided to release their treasury share (re-acquired stocks) to make additional capital contribution to Vinpearl, an affiliates focusing on travel and hospitality services. The contribution mounted up to VND2.443 trillion ($115.8 million).
It also plans to contribute VND14 billion to set up a fashion company with a charter capital of VND20 billion ($948,000). — VNS
