HA NOI (Biz Hub) – The Viet Nam International Fashion Fair 2016 (VIFF 2016) will be held from December 22 to 26 at the International Centre of Exhibition (the Friendship Culture Palace) in Hà Nội.

The fair is organised by Viet Nam Exhibition and Fair Centre JSC (VEFAC), Viet Nam Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex), Viet Nam Leather and Footwear Association (Lefaso) and Cosmetics Magazine, Vietnam News Agency reported.

According to the organisers, VIFF 2016 will have over 400 pavilions spread over a total area of 5,000sq.m for 450 enterprises to display hundreds of well-known Vietnamese fashion brands, including textiles, footwear, cosmetics, jewellery and beauty services. It is expected to attract 20,000 visitors.

VIFF showcases the traditional activities of Viet Nam's fashion industry. It is not only a trade promotional activity for the local fashion industry and exports of textiles, footwear, jewellery and fine art products, but is also a good shopping festival for people in the capital city.

It is a good opportunity for local and foreign fashion companies to conduct trade and advertise their products to customers.

Over the years, VIFF has contributed to the development of Viet Nam's fashion industry and created favourable conditions for consumption of fashion products at home and abroad. — VNS
