Property developer Novaland Group said all its new projects will be showcased at Novaland Expo to be organised in HCM City from June 14 to 16.

Organised at the developer’s showhouse centre at 26 Mai Chi Tho Street, District 2, the expo will display information about projects with 3,000 units in segments ranging from housing to hospitality in HCM City and neighbouring provinces.

Novaland said the expo would also provide useful information about market trends like the second-home market, housing market and others.

Many promotion programmes will also be applied at the expo, the company said.

One of the projects showcased at the expo will be the Aqua City ecological urban area in the southern province of Dong Nai.

Aqua City will be a complex of houses, villas, shophouses, schools, and entertainment and sports areas built with a host of environment-friendly technologies.

In the second-home segment, the company will introduce number of hospitality it has been developing like NovaWorld Phan Thiet and NovaWorld Ho Tram.

NovaWorld Phan Thiet spreads over an area of nearly 1,000ha with hotels, shophouses, amusement area, and a golf course.

NovaWorld Ho Tram is 1.5 hours by road from HCM City. It will be developed in 10 phases with the first phase of nearly 100ha containing villas, hotels, resorts, a water park, and a kayaking area.

Novaland is a giant property company based in HCM City which has developed around 40 housing projects. It is now investing in hospitality projects in key tourism destinations like Can Tho, Ninh Thuan, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Phan Thiet-Binh Thuan, and Cam Ranh-Khanh Hoa. – VNS
