HA NOI (Biz Hub) – Konrad Adenauer Foundation Hanoi (KAS) and Ha Noi Foreign Trade University (FTU) will jointly organise three seminars on the European Union-Viet Nam trade agreement in April.
The seminars are part of a two-phase project funded by KAS that aims to improve the participation of the private sector in realising the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA).
To be held in Ha Noi, Da Nang and HCM City, the seminars are expected to attract economic experts from FTU, the National Committee for International Economic Integration and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industries.
The seminars, therefore, are expected to get the non-state sector prepared for the opportunities and challenges that EVFTA will bring.
In the second stage of the project, a booklet entitled "Q&A on EVFTA for enterprises" will be published both as a print edition and as an e-book.
The booklet will cover important information on EVFTA, as well as issues that the enterprises are concerned about. -- VNS
