Vietnamese enterprises to attend Global Entrepreneurship Summit 2016

HA NOI (Biz Hub) – Vietnamese enterprises will participate at the 7th Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES) 2016 to exchange experiences and seek business opportunities.

Eight Vietnamese enterprises will be part of the summit being held in Palo Alto, California, United States, on June 22-24, according to the US Consulate in HCM City.

The Vietnamese delegates participating in GES are Nguyen Ba Hoi (Fablab Danang, Gogohab), Nguyen Thi Thuy Trang (Emwear), Bui Hai An (Silicon Straits) and Nguyen Trung Nguyen (Askdoctors), as well as Pham Tan Phuc (Gcall Vietnam Pte Ltd.), Nguyen Ngoc Diep (Beeketing), Dao Xuan Hoang (Monkey Junior) and Nguyen Dang Tuan Minh (ezCLOUD Global Technology J).

Vietnamese enterprises will get the opportunity to meet more than 700 enterprises, investors, speakers and leaders from the world's business community as well as US President Barack Obama and senior officials from the US government, such as Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzker, Director of Small Business Administration Maria Contreras-Sweet, General Director of USAID Gayle Smith, Ambassador-at-Large for Global Women's Issues Catherine Russell and Under Secretary for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs Richard Stengel.

This summit is the 7th in a series of conferences hosted by the United States, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and Malaysia, as well as Morocco and Kenya. Through the summit, US President Obama wants to highlight his commitment to helping countries solve global challenges together. – VNS
