Vietnam Airlines and MoMo have partnered to integrate the Lotusmiles and MoMo Rewards.
Vietnam Airlines is MoMo’s first partner to implement a two-way reward exchange model.
To receive benefits under the programme, users simply need to link their Vietnam Airlines Lotusmiles and MoMo accounts.
Then they can convert their Lotusmiles miles into MoMo coins and use the coins to get gift cards to use for dining, transportation, shopping, movies, bill payments, and more at MoMo Rewards' network of 180,000 service and merchandise partners.
MoMo users can use their accumulated coins and convert them into Lotusmiles miles to get free air tickets, gifts from LotusMall and service upgrades, cover excess baggage fees and more.
Non-Lotusmiles members can register for membership through the MoMo app and receive 2,000 reward miles while automatically being upgraded to Silver membership.
Nguyễn Bá Diệp, co-founder of MoMo, said the collaboration with Vietnam Airlines and the Lotusmiles programme marks an important milestone in building MoMo's comprehensive financial ecosystem.
“We are proud to be a partner of Vietnam Airlines in launching this two-way rewards exchange model, allowing customers to not only easily accumulate air miles but also leverage the value of MoMo's ecosystem with thousands of services from partners.
“This is a testament to our commitment to constantly enhance the user experience and deliver practical value through exclusive rewards programmes."
Previously Vietnam Airlines and MoMo had collaborated on impactful projects such as the "Góp Lá Vá Rừng" (Contributing to Reforestation) project in June 2024, allocating resources to fund afforestation. — VNS
