HCM CITY (Biz Hub) —Readers of Smart Travel Asia, the online travel magazine, have voted VietJet as the ninth Best Budget Airline in all of Asia.

Smart Travel Asia is described as the region's most dedicated online travel magazine, with a readership of more than one million worldwide.

"We are truly delighted to be named as one of Asia's best budget airlines by Smart Travel Asia's well-travelled readers," said VietJet managing director Luu Duc Khanh.

Last September, the International Intellectual Property Institute and Viet Nam Science and Entrepreneurs' Union named the airline as one of the "Top 10 most famous brands in Viet Nam 2014."

VietJet has also announced that it would soon receive three more brand new and modern Airbus aircraft, thereby helping the airline to expand its network and offer travelers even more flying opportunities at the lowest possible price across Asia. — VNS
