Vietjet adds innovative aircraft to its fleet

Budget airline Vietjet has added the world’s first 240-seat Airbus A321neo ACF to its fleet.

The A321neo ACF (Airbus Cabin Flex configuration) jet has an innovative cabin structure, making more efficient use of cabin volume and providing a better flight experience for customers.

The aircraft helps cut fuel consumption by a minimum of 16 per cent while slashing noise and emissions by up to 75 per cent and 50 per cent respectively.

According to the Airbus, A321neo ACF will be the base for Airbus to develop narrow-body aircraft for longer haul flights as A321LR.

Vietjet currently owns one of the world’s most modern fleets with an average age of only 2.7 years and optimal operating costs, helps bring more flying opportunities to customers at a reasonable cost.

With 129 domestic and international routes, the airline currently operates a fleet with the world’s top technical reliability of 99.64 per cent.
