Part of a 2017-25 national programme called 'Assistance for Women', it seeks to improve the quality of life for at least 100,000 women nationwide by helping them set up a business with a capital of VND5 million (US$215).

They will also be helped with applying technology in their business and trained in financial management and communications to improve their status within the family and in society.
