An enduring tale of Marco Polo is that the famed traveler brought pasta back to Europe after his trips in Asia and China. During his expeditions, he feasted at the tables of emperors including the famed Kublai Khan of Mongolia. Each dinner introduced him to the wondrous spices, ingredients and recipes of Asia.
