The Sài Gòn – Hà Nội Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB) and Việt Nam Steel Corporation (VNSTEEL) have signed a cooperation agreement.

SHB and VNSTEEL are committed to long-term, mutually beneficial collaboration across various operational levels from 2024 to 2029.

The two sides also commit to maximise strengths, promote growth, expand business activities, thereby improving efficiency and competitive advantages in the market.

SHB will provide services, financial solutions and preferential policies according to regulations for each period and not limited to the steel company.

At the same time, the bank will provide capital for VNSTEEL and its member units and affiliated companies, provide payment solutions, cash flow management, international payments, trade finance and preferential banking products and services for VNSTEEL staff.

On VNSTEEL's side, enterprises and member units will prioritise using financial products and solutions provided by SHB.

The signing of the agreement is expected to continue to strengthen the extensive relationship between the two sides, promote the joint conquest of business goals, accompany each other in development and partner up to contribute to the strength of the country's economy. — VNS
