Renaissance Riverside Hotel Saigon has announced the appointment of Konrad “Radi” Renggli as its new executive chef.

Chef Radi joins the REN family with a solid hospitality background of over 24 years of professional international culinary experience in premium hotels and resorts in Switzerland, China and Thailand for companies such as Marriott International, Swisstouches, HTMi (Hotel and Tourism Management Institute), and Grand Casino Luzern.

Chef Radi has extensive experience in both F&B and culinary outlets in set-up, standardization and daily operations. Before joining Renaissance Riverside Hotel Saigon, Radi worked with Hua Hin Marriott Resort & Spa in Thailand.

Prior to Thailand, Radi worked in China for over nine years, giving him the best opportunity to become a multi-linguist chef, fluent in German, English and Mandarin.

His cooking style is credited with a fashionable sense combining modern culinary techniques with local adaption to deliver substantial revenue growth in fast-paced and highly competitive restaurant markets. With his creative and innovative mindset, Chef Radi aims to bring a distinctive experience for his customers.
