NextTech Group on Tuesday announced its partnership with Shark Tank Season 4, the TV show helping technology start-ups to call for investment.
NextTech has developed the Next360.vn ecosystem with the goal of a comprehensive digital transformation for all businesses so that no one will be left behind. It also sponsors Shark Tank Season 4 to serve as a launch pad for technology start-ups to promote comprehensive digital transformation for vulnerable micro-SMEs nationwide.
At the launch ceremony of Shark Tank Season 4, Nguyen Hoa Binh, chairman of NextTech Group, said: “The social responsibility of the businesses in the first place is to lead and support young start-ups. Having experienced and empathised with loneliness and deprivation in the early stages of start-ups, NextTech wants to become a soulmate and launch pad to connect Vietnamese technology start-ups with hundreds of thousands of businesses and tens of millions of customers in Viet Nam as well as Southeast Asia through our digital economic ecosystem.”
In this year's season, Binh would focus on start-ups including traditional firms which could use technology to gain rapid growth on a large scale and those that could resolve issues of market and sales.
Over the past two years, despite the difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Binh has continuously poured capital into technology start-ups, spanning areas such as sales automation, e-commerce, technology, finance and artificial intelligence including Botbanhang.vn, BotLive.vn, TopCV.vn, HeyU.vn, CNV Loyalty, and Livestream NextOn Academy. These start-ups are bringing positive value to thousands of micro-SMEs, silently promoting Viet Nam's comprehensive digital transformation process.
Shark Tank Season 4 will be officially broadcast on May 2.
The programme this year includes the participation of Pham Thanh Hung, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cen Group and Cen Land; Do Thi Kim Lien, Founder of LIAN technology insurance application; Nguyen Xuan Phu, Chairman of Sunhouse Group; Louis Nguyen, Chairman and Deputy Manager of Saigon Asset Management (SAM) and Nguyen Thanh Viet, Chairman of the Board, General Director of Intracom Group. — VNS
