JD Property, a subsidiary of the Chinese e-commerce giant JD.com, kicked off the JD Intelligent Logistics Park Hai Phong I Project in Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park on Thursday, marking its second modern logistics facility in Viet Nam.
The logistics park is expected to come into operation in Q4 2022 with a total land area of about 97,000 square metres. Notably, it has a flexible leasing area of from 5,000 to 50,000 square metres to meet the diverse needs of tenants across the country.
Thanks to the Vietnamese favourable tax policies, JD’s logistics park is forging ahead with an aim to provide high-quality logistics services to global merchants. JD Property is also ready to provide solutions for building and leasing warehouse to satisfy every client’s requirements.
As the logistics park is only an one-hour drive from Noi Bai Airport and in a prime location that enjoys the full benefits of Hai Phong’s seaport system, it would allow sellers to substantially reduce their logistics costs and risks in trade. — VNS
