Hoàn Mỹ Medical Group has received the 2023 Việt Nam Hospital of the Year award by Frost & Sullivan, the fifth time it has been acknowledged in this esteemed category.
The annual Frost & Sullivan Best Practices awards recognise companies in various regional and global markets for demonstrating outstanding achievement and performance in leadership, technological innovation, customer service and strategic product development.
Industry analysts compare market participants and measure performance through in-depth interviews, analyses and extensive secondary research to identify best practices in the industry.
Noting its “strong overall performance”, Frost & Sullivan highlighted the exceptional efforts by Hoàn Mỹ in 2023 to continuously improve its processes and ensure that excellence, innovation and integrity are at the heart of its operations. This includes optimising operational efficiency, delivering good clinical outcomes, responsible capital management, and maintaining strong financial performance.
