Herbalife Vietnam promoted healthy lifestyles at the VnExpress Marathon Sparkling Quy Nhon 2023, which was organised in Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province from June 9 to 11.

The event attracted more than 10,000 national and international runners and thousands of tourists to the beautiful coastal city in South Central Vietnam.

"We are delighted that the VnExpress Marathon Sparkling Quy Nhon has attracted a large number of participants and contributed greatly to raising the public’s awareness of the importance of regular exercise combined with balanced nutrition to live healthier," said Vu Van Thang, General Manager for Herbalife Vietnam and Cambodia.

“After this incredible experience, I hope each of the more than 10,000 participants will become an ambassador to inspire their family members, friends, colleagues, and the community to exercise more and make running a part of their healthy daily habits," added Thang.

VnExpress Marathon Sparkling Quy Nhon 2023 participants – comprising international and national professional athletes, and amateur runners – competed in short, middle, and long-distance races, spanning 5km, 10km, 21km and 42km.

The running routes allowed the participants to discover the beauty of the central coastal city. They could watch the sunrise over the sea, cross the 7km long Thi Nai Sea Bridge, pass a wind farm and long dunes, and enjoy a panoramic view of Thi Nai lagoon and Quy Nhon City.

The VnExpress Marathon Sparkling Quy Nhon 2023 is the second of a series of marathon tournaments organised by VnExpress, after the VnExpress Marathon Imperial Hue 2023, which Herbalife Vietnam is sponsoring this year. The upcoming events are at Nha Trang in August, Ha Long in September and Hai Phong in December. — VNS
