HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Outstanding students from the Heat – Refrigeration Engineering faculties at five HCM City universities are getting a chance to improve their skills and knowledge thanks to a programme called "For a Green Future" organised by Japanese giant Mitsubishi.
In the six-month programme that began in July they are learning and researching with sophisticated equipment, comparing notes and attending conferences together with experts and skilled technicians.
A scholarship of VNĐ300 million (US$13,700) will be given to the most outstanding students.
Each of the five universities will get an air-conditioning kit for training their students.
They are the HCM City University of Technology and Education; the HCM City University of Technology; HCM City University of Industry; Văn Lang University; and the HCM City University of Agriculture and Forestry. — VNS
