HDMon Group and Indochina Capital Corporation on Monday signed a strategic partnership to develop a luxury condominium project in Hà Nội called The Nelson Private Residences (The Nelson).
The planning process for the Nelson Private Residences project, promoted by HDMon Developer as a luxury condominium segment in the capital city's Ba Đình District, is set to begin in October 2024. For this key project, HDMon has chosen Indochina Capital as a strategic partner. Indochina Capital will directly plan the development of the project and oversee all aspects including design review, legal review, material selection, construction supervision, sales and marketing strategies and the exclusive management, supervision and execution of sales for the entire project portfolio. Indochina Capital is currently working alongside HDMon to select top domestic and international partners, including international standard consulting and management by Savills Vietnam, and with personal financial support for apartment buyers provided by Vietcombank's Thành Công branch.
Nguyễn Anh Tuấn, Vice Chairman of the HDMon Group’s Board of Directors, said: “Following the impressive success of The Zei My Dinh, we are extremely delighted and confident in our close collaboration with Indochina Capital as a strategic partner for the luxury condominium project The Nelson Private Residences. The Nelson is a flagship project and a significant milestone in HDMon's journey of investing and developing luxury real estate in the heart of the capital.”
Michael Piro, Co-CEO of Indochina Capital, said: “We are honoured to serve as the strategic partner for HDMon Group on the luxury condominium project The Nelson Private Residences. The Nelson is one of the rare remaining projects designed exclusively for a select few ‘discreet individuals’ who value the freedom found in absolute discretion. In this we see ‘less as more’, given that there are only 175 units. We believe the value through scarcity will lead to strong capital gains or value appreciation in the residences. The Nelson, which is available for purchase by Vietnamese nationals and foreigners alike, is unique in that the residences are already 90 per cent complete and the lucky purchasers will be able to take handover of their residences in the third quarter of 2025 - this takes a lot of risk out of the investment.”
With a total land area of 3,183sq.m, the project comprises 27 floors above ground and three basement levels. The three podium levels include a reception lobby, service amenities and office spaces.
The Nelson Private Residence is a project that both parties have cherished for a long time and carefully considered the timing of its launch, hoping to relieve the thirst for luxury apartments in Hanoi's inner city. The expected price of the project is from VNĐ135 million per square metre. — VNS
