New World Saigon, HCM City’s first five-star hotel, has completed renovation of its guestrooms, restaurants and lounges and public spaces after two years of work.

The new Whisper bar and lounge has multiple seating areas.

The adjacent Parkview restaurant will have eight-meter floor-to-ceiling windows.

The Chinese restaurant will have a new concept in May next year.

The hotel is celebrating its 25th anniversary, and patrons and guests will receive a 25 per cent discount on food and beverages, spa and health club services from December 7 to the end of February next year.

The 533-room hotel has had royalty and world leaders staying in it since 1994 including US Presidents George W.H. Bush, George Walker Bush and Bill Clinton, former Philippines President Corazon Aquino, and Japanese Prince Akishinomiya Denka and Princess Kiko. — VNS
