Novotel Danang Premier Han River’s Hai Cang Fine Dining restaurant in Da Nang City will open its doors to the public on April 22.

Located on the 33rd floor of the 37-storey hotel, Hai Cang will have attractive promotions for guests who want to enjoy meals prepared by a Chinese chef, such as a 30 per cent discount on the bill till May 22. This discount will also be applicable to Hai Cang Dimsum, on the 34th floor.

The new restaurant offers more than 80 dishes, including famous ones that have helped build the Hai Cang brand, such as royal fins and boeuf bourguignon, which are prepared by a Chinese chef who has 20 years of experience.

The 900sqm restaurant can serve around 130 guests and promises to be an attractive food destination in Da Nang City. Overlooking the Han River, the restaurant will be a perfect place to watch firework performances during the Da Nang International Firework Festival. — VNS
